Eligibility

Reservation & Payment

• Advance booking is required. A minimum deposit of 50% is needed to confirm the reservation
• Balance to be settled upon check-in

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• 50% charge for cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in.
• 100% charge for cancellations within 2 days or no-shows.

Laundry Service

• Includes one complimentary laundry load (6kg per day); additional loads are chargeable
• Dry cleaning not included
