Eligibility

• This offer is exclusively available to residents of Sri Lanka.
• Valid proof of residency (NIC ) must be presented at check-in.
• Failure to provide proof will result in the reservation being charged at the standard rate

Booking & Stay Period

• Offer valid for bookings with stay dates between 1st May and 30th November only.

• Advance reservation is required with a minimum 50% deposit to confirm.

Personalized Planning

• Guests are encouraged to inform the property of any special requests or celebrations at least 48 hours in advance for proper arrangements.

Non-Transferable

• This offer is non-transferable and non-combinable with other promotions or packages.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

• 50% charge for cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in.

• 100% charge for cancellations within 2 days or no-shows
